Jen Villegas, MSN, CNM

Jen has dedicated her career to fulfilling her calling as a midwife. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2015, she began working as a labor and delivery nurse at Andrews Women’s Hospital in Fort Worth. Over her nine-year tenure, she expanded her skills by also working as a pediatric nurse at Cook Children’s Hospital and serving in medical mission work in Guatemala. When the time was right, Jen pursued her master’s degree in nurse-midwifery. During her studies, she had the privilege of being a student at FWBC, where she discovered her passion for out-of-hospital birth. Jen is deeply committed to providing dignified, compassionate care, believing every person deserves access to high-quality healthcare in a supportive and loving environment. She works closely with her team to ensure exceptional care for all clients. In addition to her midwifery work, Jen has been a certified yoga teacher for nearly two decades and continues to maintain a near-daily yoga practice. She is the proud mother of two incredible young adult sons, Noah and Micah, whom she considers her greatest gift. Outside of work, she enjoys soaking up the sunshine, hiking, kayaking, and walking her Great Dane, Olive.
