Carla Morrow, a Certified Nurse-Midwife, has devoted over two decades to caring for women and their families. In 2010, she earned her Doctorate in Nursing from Baylor University, embarking on a career defined by compassionate care and innovative leadership. Carla is an accomplished entrepreneur, having established hospital-based midwifery services in Cleburne and Dallas, Texas, and founding the Fort Worth Birthing & Wellness Center. In addition to her clinical expertise, Carla designed and served as the interior decorator for the birth center, creating a welcoming and tranquil environment that reflects her dedication to providing exceptional care. She also enjoys the business aspects of midwifery, focusing on developing sustainable practices that will serve communities for years to come. Carla takes pride in offering comprehensive women’s health services and values community-focused care. “I seek opportunities to connect deeply with people and their families,” she says. “My goal is to support women throughout their lives and guide them through the many health challenges they may face.” Carla is passionate about empowering women and their families through education, helping them make informed health care decisions grounded in research, personal risk factors, and individual philosophies.Carla has been married to her husband, Shawn, for 32 years. Together, they cherish time spent with their grandchildren and enjoy visiting their family farm in Rising Star, Texas.
